CANCELLATION POLICY

ATC Hair Studio does require a card on file. I totally understand that life happens - but as a courtesy to myself & clients on the waitlist, I require a 24 hour notice. If I don’t receive enough notice, your card will be subjected to the full charge of the service booked. You are reserving a time slot so if you don’t show up or give a proper notice then it takes away from other clients and me. I know this part isn’t fun, but it really helps protect my time, energy, and income. I understand unforeseen circumstances that result in you not making it! (sickness, weather, accidents, losses...) I am here to work with you and believe in honest communication so don’t hesitate to reach out, I want you in my chair! THANK YOU for being understanding and respectful.
